Our clients are welcome and encouraged to visit the site with Earl during the construction period. Therefore, design or product changes can be done efficiently and effectively. You will also be introduced to the subcontractors who will work on your new build or renovation.

Meet the leaders and contractors of the Steeples Construction team in Cranbrook
Terri Sharpe and Earl Hoath took the reins from Bruce Cavelle in 2005, and both were long-time employees of Bruce's. Together, they have been very successful as the new owners of Steeples Construction, continuing with the lessons Bruce taught them on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship.
Terri Sharpe
Terri moved to Cranbrook in 1983 and started with Steeples Construction in 1992. In 2005 she took on the role of general manager.Earl Hoath
Earl was born and raised in Cranbrook, and he started as a labourer in 1987.
